01. Scope of Digital Services
By utilizing ZenithPacificData.digital, you enter into a binding agreement with Zenith Pacific Data, a specialized consultancy based in Kuala Lumpur. We provide sophisticated big data engineering workflows and architectural insights for the Malaysian enterprise sector.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of our data platforms is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who fail to uphold our data quality and security standards.

Authorized Access
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating accounts for our managed data platforms. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
System Integrity
You may not use our infrastructure to conduct load testing, penetration testing, or automated scraping without explicit written consent from our engineering lead.
API Constraints
Requests to our analytics endpoints are subject to rate-limiting to ensure equitable resource distribution across our Southeast Asian client base.
Intellectual Property & Content
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zenith Pacific Data and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Zenith Pacific Data.

LIMITS
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Zenith Pacific Data, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our cloud analytics services or any interruption in data engineering pipelines.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Kuala Lumpur.

Formal mediation processes are prioritized before litigation for all enterprise software disputes.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
